Services are based on Design Thinking tools, Information Technology, and Social Media platforms to ensure agile management of our stakeholders’ programs and projects.

  • Monitoring and Assessment of Corporate-Sustainability-Templates. A series of templates are designed to measure, monitor, and report sustainability systems in corporates. Templates focus on eco-system aspects of corporate performance and reporting.
  • Development of Environmental & Social Safeguards for infrastructure-projects in compliance with World Bank, UNDP, KfW, IBRD & EPA guidelines.
  • Integrated Grievance Redress Mechanism. The tool is a web application and a set of templates designed to capture complaints registered by beneficiaries concerning construction contractors out of the borders of boroughs and towns.  The tool provides comprehensive reports that show complaints trends, areas of risks, and automated report-distribution of works to local authorities and community stakeholders.
  • Monitoring Information Management System MIMS is a web application and a set of templates designed to assess, measure, and monitor the number of beneficiaries for infrastructure projects. The MIMS is used by public institutions and international donors and organizations to facilitate the processes of tracking, data sharing, and report on beneficiaries.
  • Monitoring & Reporting Project Risk Tool. The tool is a web application, and a set of templates that are utilized to report on project risks in all project planning and development steps. The tool reporting is reflected in active maps using Tableau software.
