Introduction to Corporate Sustainability
We provide in-class and live online customized training workshops. All training consists of content – lessons, tests, and quizzes, group-work, homework, and assignments.
Assessment
We communicate with stakeholders to learn of their requirements, sources, and potential capacities of their human capital. We identify and assess the training opportunities and courses to fulfill the vision of our stakeholders
Innovation
Utilizing knowledge assessed during the assessment, we provide a platform for innovation in partnerships with our stakeholders and trainees. We improvise what kinds of the training model, sources, and design the required logical framework and process & impact indicators
Design
Our experts will design the envisioned training model to create all the necessary training (i.e., curriculums, course work, etc.). All designs comply with the desired learning outputs and outcomes
Realization
We bring the training into realization in coordination with stakeholders. We create a participatory adult learning environment based on equal communication among trainees, trainers, facilitators and resource experts
Appraisal
In partnership with our stakeholders and their trainees, we carry out a constant and constructive appraisal of the training proceedings and whether we are reaching our intended training outputs and outcomes. All learned lessons are fed into the redesign and improvements of the training the next morning
